GSK | Brand Manager 

Main responsibility will be for the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy and business plan of the General Medicines pharma portfolio, with emphasize on the Respiratory ELLIPTA portfolio.

  • Understand the NL wholesaler and pharmacy-chain environment and develop value propositions supported by proper pricing to optimise the revenues from the General Medicine Ellipta and Classic Established Portfolio (CEP) portfolio over time.
  • Understand the Dutch HealthCare Insurers system and be able to optimise revenues by negotiating and tendering for preference policy.
  • Responsible for providing input to the monthly Consensus forecasting process (Core Commercial Cycle).
  • Manage A&P budget and providing monthly updates to senior management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the marketing and performance monitoring of the General Medicines product portfolio in NL – emphasize on Respiratory Ellipta portfolio.
  • Generating insights into the evolving (needs of) customers & developments in the competition.
  • Translation of the current and forward-looking insights into Strategic Business Plan and Operational Plan.
  • Responsible for the total Marketing budget.
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration with mainly Medical, Market Access and Key Account Managers Team.
  • Translation of strategy and communication objectives to multichannel management in collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager.
