GSK | Regional Business Manager 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Promote the products to designated customers in order to achieve planned objectives
  • Develop, manage and build specialist relationships to support the business strategy
  • Partner with key customers, hospital boards and other stakeholders to identify specific business opportunities to sustain products ’goals
  • Successfully navigate the hospital environment and focus on customer needs, creating successful interactions.
  • Demonstrates an in depth understanding of the customer and environment
  • Actively understand local market factors, industry trends, and customer landscape
  • Maintain open and timely communication with Brand team, as well as other members of the cross-functional team regarding new or changing information involving assigned customers
  • Provide support for and timely response to requests for assistance and cooperation from Brand team, Key Account Managers and Team members
  • Support the development of brand strategies by providing relevant customer insights
  • Responsible for Strategic account planning and corresponding account plans

Secondary Accountabilities:

  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the direct manager

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Sales or Customer Management experience in Pharmaceutical Industry – mandatory minimum 3 years of experience; preference for experience in domain of oncology and or other hospital channels
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external customers
  • Personality with high integrity, emotional intelligence and agile nature
  • Thrives in a competitive environment.

  • Academic degree (business or Life Sciences)
  • Can build, or identify, networks/ecosystems
