Teva | Veeva & Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant 

Job Description

This is an opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic company, who are at the forefront of pharmaceutical sciences, and a market leader in their field. In this role you will be jointly responsible, together with a team of specialists, for day-to-day administration, end user support, system configuration, workflow management, disaster recovery, and general system availability as well as user adoption of Veeva CRM and Sales Force Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with the Salesforces and Marketing teams, to drive the implementation, management, and ongoing administration of the Veeva CRM system in combination with the Sales Force Marketing Cloud.

In the cluster countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland) you will collaborate with management and salesforce to track, manage and report on usage, to provide first line managers, with insights on opportunities for improvements, to drive Sales Force Effectiveness. Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, using MyInsights and Excel, will also be part of your responsibility. In this exciting role, you will be working to help enhance insights in order to develop a 360° view of our customer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the setup and launch of the Sales Force Marketing Cloud in combination with management, and ongoing administration of the VEEVA CRM system across the cluster markets (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland)
  • Administrate and manage CRM and Sales Force Marketing Cloud data (fi: Account management, Territory management, Product management, Report creation, Promotion & Sample management inventory, Approved Email, etc.)
  • Support activities to improve adoption and usage level of CRM/SFMC
  • Track, manage and report on usage to provide first line managers with insights on opportunities for improvement to drive Sales Force Effectiveness improvements
  • Deliver training to various business functions as needed to ensure optimal usage

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required
  • Experience with Veeva and Sales Force Marketing Cloud in an administrative role, is an advantage
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing roles will be an added advantage
  • An administrative role in CRM, preferably Veeva CRM, is required
  • Graduate degree minimum bachelor
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
